When you refer a business to TELUS, you will both earn a $1001 bill credit when they sign-up on a Business smartphone plan.
How it works

- Bill credits for the Referred Business are applied on the first bill and bill credits for the existing customer are applied within 3-4 weeks of process completion. Taxes apply.
- Terms & Conditions: TELUS Business may end the Referral Program or change any of the terms at any time, without notice and without obligation to award any referral credits. TELUS employees, contractors, sales representatives acting on TELUS's behalf and associates at retail locations who receive special pricing are excluded from this program. Referrals submitted by unauthorized means will be disqualified. In the event that it has been determined that a referral has been made in a manner not sanctioned by these terms, you and all of your referrals will be disqualified from this program and any referral credits that have been awarded will be deducted.
- Existing customer: The existing customer must be a current TELUS Business mobility customer and must obtain consent from each referral to use their personal information for the purpose of sending them the referral. The existing customer is eligible to receive up to $1,000 in referral credits each calendar year. If they have already received $1,000 in referral credits, they will not receive any other credits for referrals sent, but the referred business will still receive their credit if they activate on the referral offer. If the referred business receives multiple referrals from existing customers, the referral credit will only be awarded to the most recent . In order to receive the referral credit, the Business account must be in good standing when the credit is applied. Bill credits are applied at the account level and do not extend to secondary lines. Bill credits will be applied 3-4 weeks after the referred business successfully redeems their referral. Bill credits will be applied to the account in one lump-sum, 3-4 weeks after the referred business successfully redeems their referral. Taxes apply.
- Referred Business: The referred business must not be a current TELUS Business mobility customer. For the referred business to be eligible for a referral credit, they must activate an in-market business smartphone rate plan with or without a TELUS Easy Payment plan. The referred business must also present an HST/GST number (QST number in Quebec), registration number, incorporation number, and/or other proof of business upon activation. The referral credit is not available to consumer accounts, corporate accounts or existing TELUS customers. The referred business cannot accept more than one mobility referral offer as part of this Referral program. Bill credits are applied at the account level and do not extend to secondary lines. Bill credits will be applied on the first bill. Taxes apply.
